*Note to proponents: FCM published an ITQ on July 22, 2019. The following ITQ is a revised scope with new dates for project implementation. Respondents to the prior ITQ are welcome to submit proposals for this project.

 

RE: INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR “Gender and Diversity Audit Consultancy”

You are invited by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Participatory Gender and Diversity Audit Core Team (PGDA) to quote for the provision of services as detailed below. Your quotation must be received by the time and date specified on the front page of this document (Monday January 6, 2020). It is the responsibility of all suppliers to ensure that their quotation response is received no later than the appointed time. FCM may not consider quotations received after that time.

 

FCM is not bound to accept the lowest priced or any quote and shall not be bound to accept the supplier as sole supplier. Prices quoted shall remain fixed for the duration of the contract. HST should be shown separately and the HST registration number given.

 

All services will be delivered at FCM’s 24 Clarence Street and 10 Rideau Street locations in Ottawa, Ontario.

 

If you cannot supply the service FCM needs, you may suggest alternatives that meet the specification. Please clearly show the benefits of any such alternatives.

 

By providing FCM with a quotation you agree to be bound by FCM’s terms and conditions in this request for quotation as well as those contained in the a contract awarded to you. The contract terms and conditions are attached as Schedule C to this document.
