Child Protection Webinar
May 12 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm EDT
The COVID-19 pandemic is having a significant impact across all aspects of sustainable development governments, the private sector, civil society, educational institutions and citizens as we adjust to new realities. Children are experiencing new realities with schools closed, home confinement and limited access to their support networks and regular activities in communities.
On May 12, join CCIC and the International Child Protection Network Canada (ICPNC) to learn about the implications of COVID-19 on child protection. Members of ICPNC will share new programmatic realities, ways of working in response – particularly in fragile contexts – and emerging good practices. Following a formal presentation in English, participants will engage in a bilingual discussion focused on peer learning and exchange.
